Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roblox Watcher and Exploit Watcher, Discord moderation bots. By inviting or using these bots, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must remove the bots from your servers.

1. Eligibility

• Compliance with Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord).

2. Use of the Bots

• Use the bots only for lawful moderation purposes.
• Do not exploit, abuse, or tamper with bot functionality.
• Bots help detect users connected to exploit servers or harmful content.

3. Global Banlist & Moderation

• Banlists are maintained to protect servers and ensure compliance.
• Users cannot manually modify global banlists.
• Appeals can be submitted via the official support Discord. Decisions by the bot owner or moderators are final.

4. Data Collection & Usage

The bots collect minimal Discord-related data necessary for moderation:

• Discord IDs, usernames, and nicknames
• Server IDs and names
• Channel IDs for notifications
• Timestamps of moderation actions
• Banlist and whitelist records
• Autoban and moderation settings
• Bot command prefix
• User deletion request logs
• Search terms acceptance logs
• Slash command registration logs

Data is used to enforce moderation, maintain logs, prevent abuse, and optimize bot operations. Stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel. Users may submit a one-time /privacy request for deletion, subject to moderation requirements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The bots are provided "as is" with no guarantees. We are not responsible for damages from use or misuse of the bots.

6. Termination

Servers or users violating these Terms or misusing the bots may be blocked. You may stop using the bots at any time by removing them from your server.

7. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated to reflect policy, feature, or legal changes. Continued use indicates acceptance.
